The Coinage Act of April 2, 1792 (1 Stat. 246) Statute I. April 2, 1792 Chapter XVI

Section 19. And be it further enacted, That basing the coins. if any of the gold or silver coins which shall be struck or coined at the said mint shall be debased or made worse as to the proportion of the fine gold or fine silver therein contained, or shall be of less weight or value than the same out to be pursuant to the directions of this act, through the default or with the connivance of any of the officers or persons who shall be employed at the said mint, for the purpose of profit or gain, or otherwise with a fraudulent intent, and if any of the said officers or persons shall embezzle any of the metals which shall at any time be committed to their charge for the purpose of being coined, or any of the coins which shall be struck or coined at the said mint, every such officer or person who shall commit any or either of the said offenses, shall be deemed guilty of felony, and shall suffer death

My Comments:

Now, with this coinage act particularly delineating capital punishment for the “debasing of currency” why are we not acting? The federal reserve notes are extremely worse than any deliberate lesser quality of metal in coinage! Yet stealing from the people of the nation in such a minute way was deemed absolutely unacceptable. So what do you call the current use of worthless paper and digital money? The constant inflation and ensuing devaluation of the federal reserve notes, is that not the prime example of the debasing of currency and an extreme criminal offence? I call it international theft from the nation. Think of the properties and businesses that have been bought up en masse for pennies on the one hundred dollar right! Think of the suffering worker, small business owner or farmer who has lost the ability to provide for his family. What punishment do the supra-national gangsters deserve for such theft from the nation and working class citizens? We have grown so use to just taking it that we are barely able to recognize the theft. Think of the tremendous assets that have been bought up by the 0.01% who happen to possess 99.9% of the worlds wealth. How many assets have they gained control of by instigating deliberate economic crashes, “worked out as we figure a mathematical equation” Charles August Lindbergh… How many crashes and depression have they caused by expanding and contracting the money supply? If you were to look at a graph of the big banks(I think its obvious who they are) and their assets from 1900 to today I believe you would see one of the largest wealth transfers ever to occur, the other largest wealth transfer would be the assets, money and property possessed by the people of this nation collectively, being transferred into the hands of the few, foreign speculators. Just how much wealth does the working/farming class even possess? How many farms, businesses and homes have been taken from decent individuals either by speculation, fraudulent loans, deliberate deindustrialization, economic decay, and currency manipulation/devaluation? When are we going to demand the enforcement of morality and social justice? Shall we be like Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, wishing we did something while we had the chance? The scope of this article can not possibly cover what a crime has taken place here. I just find it amusing that we have laws in place which are supposed to protect us and they are completely ignored, proving once again what a nest for corruption the democratic constitutional republican parliamentary system really was, is and always will be. What is the significance of our political system anyway? Other than the implementation of the ten planks from the communist manifesto? I once heard a very intelligent man say that there was a deliberate policy to bring about a change in society through fraudulent and meaningless wars, that once the very social structure had been altered enough, the United States of America could be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union. This might not be the goal anymore as the united states is fast becoming something all together worse economically speaking, but the goals of destroying the family unit, the middle class and private property still remain. We have all lived to see almost the entire wealth of our once proud nation concentrated into the hands of the few, while we suffer. That is Bolshevism or international communism, it is internationalist in scope, it is at war with nationalism, and it is perpetrated by the few against the many…

  1. Anyone familiar with Marcus Licinius Crassus and his death in the Parthian Campaign? A fitting punishment for such greed as we see today…

    • pattamus says:

Great article. I’m familiar with Crassus, mostly his battles against Spartacus. But yeah, he had great wealth and land, but wanted the glory of battle of his contemporaries.

This doesn’t show Crassus death, but the show Spartacus has him against him in the final season, and the last episode was one of the best finales i’ve seen. I don’t really watch TV anymore, but this show was good. It was done in the same style as the movie 300.

      • I was referring to crassus death and punishment at the hands of the Parthians, personally I thought the movie 300, based on a retarded comic book, was horrible. If anybody ever read herodotos account of Thermopylae, or even better, steven pressfield’s, gates of fire, than you would have more of an idea of the true heroic stand that occurred, its really amazing what actually happened. Gates of Fire is what the movie should have been based on. I cant stand anything from Weimar Hollywood, turning this country into Weimar America….
